POSTAGE, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

RS Tuning Limited (“We/Us”) will usually dispatch within 5 working days of receiving full payment, if for any reason an item cannot be dispatched within this time frame we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. Most items will require a signature upon delivery, please ensure you supply a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the goods as RS Tuning Limited will not be accountable for re-delivery costs if goods have to be returned to us. Goods returned for credit/cancelled orders will only be accepted if returned within 7 days quoting our invoice number and your name and address along with a covering note explaining the reason for their return. SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT/CANCELLED.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover all postage costs; we suggest you use recorded delivery as proof of postage is not proof of delivery. RS Tuning Limited will not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged during transit. Items must be returned in re-saleable condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging to secure a refund. PLEASE ENSURE FITAMENT OF PART IS CORRECT BEFORE USE AS ONCE PART HAS BEEN RUN ON THE CAR IT IS NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

In the event of the incorrect part being supplied RS Tuning Limited must be notified within 5 working days of receipt of the item either by email via our contact form or by post to RS Tuning Limited, Unit 20 Castleton Close, Armley, Leeds, LS12 2DS. Said part should then be returned to RS Tuning Limited before we will dispatch the replacement item. Should the replacement part be required before we receive the original incorrect item then we will require payment for the replacement part before it is dispatched to you. A refund will then be issued on receipt of the original incorrectly supplied item providing it is returned in accordance with terms stated previously in this “Returns and Shipping Policy”. RS Tuning Limited will not be held responsible for any labour charges incurred of fitting any parts correctly or incorrectly supplied. Any items returned on correctly executed orders may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
